Description
The goal of this project was to design a more compelling experience for Yahoo! Travel’s outdated front page. We wanted to increase clickthrough rate by making the page more visual, as well as increasing it customization and community features. Read more.

My Role
I was the project manager as well as lead designer for this project. I began by creating high-level concepts which were iterated on based on feedback from the team. My role also involved creating Flash prototypes for user testing, as well as presenting the progress of the project to key stakeholders.
