Description
The Travel Guides are the main research product of Yahoo! Travel, letting users quickly find points of interest for their destinations, as well as tips and photos from the community. The goal of this redesign (and ongoing design work) was to update the outdated Guides product, which consisted of city overview, search results page and item detail page templates, with searching and mapping tools that were more prominent, easier to use and featured opinions from the community.

My Role
I was the lead visual designer on this project. My role involved visual and some interaction design, as well as Flash Prototyping for user testing.

Skills Used
Concept Design, Visual Design, Flash Prototyping, User Research
